Custom Charging Cart Collaboration with Hyperice

One of our proudest special projects at G3 Fire was a unique collaboration with Hyperice, a leader in recovery technology and the creators of the Hypervolt massage gun. Hyperice approached us with a clear but complex challenge: they needed a rugged, mobile, and efficient solution to transport and charge multiple Hypervolt units for use at high-profile sporting events.

Through our G3 Fire division, we designed and engineered a custom charging cart that exceeded expectations. These all-terrain carts can securely charge up to six Hypervolt massage guns at once, while also providing durable transport across various event settings.

This project not only showcased our custom fabrication capabilities, but also supported Hyperice’s partnerships with the NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA, and more. Our carts have been featured at major national events such as The Big Game, the WM Phoenix Open, and MLB's Field of Dreams game—delivering a reliable and professional presence in some of the most high-energy, high-visibility environments in sports.

Hyperice discovered G3 Fire through our reputation for innovative, durable solutions in the public safety and tactical space. After identifying their needs, we worked closely with their team to develop a product that was both functional and brand-forward—highlighting teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers as seen in our final designs.

We're incredibly proud of the outcome and the ongoing impact of this project. It’s a powerful example of how G3 Fire can take a bold idea from concept to reality—tailored to meet specific industry needs and built to perform in the real world.
